Presto to Acquire Leading Dutch Safety Training Company BHVNederland, Strengthening Its Position for European Growth and Expansion
The acquisition of BHVNederland means that Presto has created an even stronger platform in the Netherlands following its acquisition of Velco Brandveiligheid, a leading fire safety company, earlier this year.
Adding BHVNederland to Velco and Presto Group will continue to drive organic growth in the Netherlands, and new and existing customers will benefit from an even stronger specialist across safety training and fire safety.

Kees Weerheim and Mike Van Gogh, the owners of BHVNederland, will remain involved with the company as managing directors to ensure continued success in the Netherlands.
